CrossFit Northern Inferno WOD for Tuesday March 27, 2012

Please make sure you guys are on time to class.  I know it may seem like no big deal when there is only a few of you in class.  However, this turns into a habit and then you may soon think that its ok to come 3-5 minutes late to any of the classes.  We have a particular capacity here at the gym based on equipment and also based on safety.  We dont want it to be so crowded that you may be hit by a dropping weight.  But we also want you to get the proper warm-up before you hit the workout.  Each tiny piece of our day is extremely important.  Try to be at least 5 minutes early to class so you are ready to go and we can get the class set up perfectly for you!!!  Lets have a great week!!!!

          Deadlift (255#, 175#)

          Pistols (each leg is 1 rep) 

     15-12-9-6-3 reps

          Hand Stand Push-ups

          Overhead Squat (135#, 95#)

     5-5-5-5

     *Warm up and pad the bar if needed then go heavy!

My programmer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using WordPress on various websites for about a year and am nervous about switching to another platform. I have heard very good things about blogengine.net.
