Movement is the key to our success as athletes. We first learn the movement, master the movement and then finally push the intensity of the movement. All of our workouts will be physically demanding. However, the corner stone of the workout is proper movement to keep safe and to gain maximum efficiency. This will allow you to gain the most benefits from the workout. So push yourself, but remember to keep that form correct. Slow is Smooth, Smooth is Fast, Fast is Efficient!!
