We are starting our Inferno Family Paleo Challenge today. Everyone who entered will be getting their books today or tomorrow. What??? Books?? Thats right, you will be getting a book so that you can put all your points gained each day and from all of the things you did that day. There are points for sleeping right, for eating right, for writing down everything that you eat, for taking fish oil, for working out, for doing mobility, etc. Why the HELL would we have you do all of this in a paleo challenge?? The idea is to challenge you to lead a truly healthy lifestyle. There is more to being healthy than just eating a certain way. Health is a lifestyle. Its an all encompassing package. You cant workout hard and then eat like crap and expect the body you want. You cant party like a rock star and stay up drinking and partying and expect to be able to workout to get that body you want. If you arent keeping yourself mobile then you can get all the benefits out of your workout. If you arent taking fish oil and sleeping right then you wont be able to heal up and restore that body so that you can enjoy the following day. We want you to live long and functional for many years. But first you need to challenge yourself to this 8 week test to see what being healthy really feels like! GOOD LUCK!!!!!
