Today we start our very first Challenge WOD for the INFERNO FAMILY PALEO CHALLENGE. The workout will be ANGIE. This is a named "girl" WOD that is very popular in CrossFit. This workout actually is used by many that "arent really doing crossfit but its still close so we will do this workout" as well as hard core CrossFt boxes. What I like about it is that it is straight body weight. Many people will talk trash about how CrossFit training will get you injured because we only throw heavy weight around. If you know anything about us, we make sure to go heavy, go light, go moderate, go many reps, go few reps, and go moderate reps. We are hitting a variety of these mixtures to keep your body guessing. The only weight you will use today is you. Full range is required, of course, and your coaches will be all over you about it but go hard! We will retest this in 6 weeks! See what a month and a half of proper eating, proper sleeping, proper training, and proper maintenance does for your performance!! Good Luck!!!!

Complete the following:
For Time:
100 reps Pull-ups
100 reps Push-ups
100 reps Sit Ups
100 reps Squats
*you will be given a max time of 5 minutes for each of the 4 movements. If you do not complete the 100 by that time then move to the next movement. Make sure you keep track of what number you were on when you moved.

*warm up on your sets of three but be up around 70%, then hit your 1's heavy. THINK SPEED UNDER THE BAR!!!!!
