Our warm up is so boring!!!!! Well thats only because we do the same thing everyday. Wait, isnt routine the enemy??? In your workout yes, but there are specific reasons why do the same warm up each day. The main reason is to develop that muscle memory in those very important basic movements. You wont be able to perfect those movements when you are in the throws of a hellacious workout! When you are tired and your body just starts defaulting to its natural movements, you have to hope that those defaults are correct movements. We want you to take the first round and move slowly through the first handful of reps so that you can feel if your body is in the right position or not. Make those corrections early so that you can imprint it on your brain. The more you move correctly during the warm-up, the more you will move efficiently in your workouts. Once you get through the first round, then you can start moving faster through the reps to make sure that your body is warm and ready for the workout that we are going to hand to you. This IS a very important part of your workout. Dont just blow it off. If you are getting tired of us picking on your squat or your push-up every time you are working out, then concentrate and make those fixes:)

*jumping up to a bar is RX, otherwise they are classic jumping pull-ups. no bands today

50 steps Walking Lunge
50 reps Knees to Elbow
50 reps Push Press (45#, 35#)
50 reps Good Mornings w bumper (25#, 15#)
50 reps Wall Balls (20#@10', 15#@10')
50 reps Burpees
50 reps Double Unders
.MWOD........mash that psoas to help with a deep squat and some low back pain
